La empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar el contenido y características de cada plan, garantizando en todo caso que el usuario tenga acceso al servicio contratado durante la vigencia de su suscripción.
Requisitos de Contratación
Podrán suscribirse personas mayores de 18 años con capacidad legal para contratar.
El usuario garantiza que la información facilitada durante el proceso de contratación es veraz, completa y actualizada.
Precios y Formas de Pago
Los precios de los distintos planes están expuestos en la Plataforma e incluyen los impuestos aplicables
Los pagos se realizan mediante las formas disponibles en el checkout seguro de la web
La suscripción se renovará automáticamente por el mismo periodo contratado salvo cancelación previa por parte del usuario.
En caso de fallo de cobro, el sistema podrá reintentar el pago automáticamente. Si no fuera posible, la empresa podrá suspender temporalmente el acceso hasta regularización.
Duración y Renovación
Según el plan contratado, la suscripción podrá ser mensual, anual u otra modalidad disponible.

Derecho de Desistimiento

La empresa no garantiza una disponibilidad ininterrumpida del servicio, pero actuará con diligencia para restablecerlo cuanto antes.
Propiedad Intelectual
Todos los contenidos, programas, materiales, vídeos, textos, gráficos y recursos facilitados en la suscripción están protegidos por derechos de propiedad intelectual.
Se prohíbe su reproducción, copia, distribución o difusión sin autorización expresa de USA EL KOKO, SL.
Política de Desconexión Digital
Conforme al Protocolo de Desconexión Digital interno de USA EL KOKO, SL , la empresa garantiza que no realizará comunicaciones fuera del horario laboral salvo casos excepcionales debido a la activación del plan así como correos derivados de ello, respetando el descanso y derechos digitales de trabajadores y colaboradores.
Esto no afecta al funcionamiento automatizado de la plataforma, disponible 24/7.
Limitación de Responsabilidad
La empresa no se hace responsable de:
-Fallos técnicos derivados de causas externas (hosting, internet, dispositivos del usuario, etc.)
-Uso indebido del contenido por parte del usuario.
