The accredited Digital Advisor will carry out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of your basic data analysis plan:
- Identify the data within your SME that improves understanding of the information available.
- Analyse the different artificial intelligence tools available for exploiting and visualising data, recommending the one best suited to your SME's current situation and the investment needed to adopt it.
- Extract valuable insights by processing data with artificial intelligence algorithms.
- Advise you on how to make the most of your data through the chosen tool.
- Optionally, advise you on data governance, management and quality processes in line with the UNE 0077 “Data Governance”, UNE 0078 “Data Management” and UNE 0079 “Data Quality Management” specifications.
- Develop and run a business use case in data analysis (basic level).
- Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of data analysis.

The main goal of this service is to determine the investment required and the digital marketing techniques — including the use of artificial intelligence technologies — needed to improve your online sales performance, plus running a use case tailored to your SME's digital sales area.

The accredited Digital Advisor will carry out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of your digital sales improvement plan:
- Analyse your SME's current situation in digital sales, social media positioning and online presence.
- Raise your employees' awareness of the importance and techniques of online sales and digital marketing.
- Define a medium- and long-term online sales and digital presence strategy (social media, search engine positioning, Google Analytics, etc.) using AI-based predictive models.
- Develop and run a use case tailored to your SME using appropriate artificial intelligence techniques in the digital sales area.
- Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of digital sales.

A use case will also be carried out to help improve your performance and strategy by identifying needs and gaps, as well as opportunities to improve your position relative to your competitors.

- Analyse your current business intelligence situation to assess needs, identify gaps in the use of business intelligence technologies and detect opportunities for improvement.
- Propose recommendations for developing analytical skills and fostering a decision-making culture based on processing data with artificial intelligence algorithms in today's competitive landscape.
- Advise you on incorporating advanced machine learning, artificial intelligence and data mining techniques and tools, understanding your SME's specific needs and aligning them with your business goals.
- Define, together with you, a medium- and long-term strategy for implementing and optimising business intelligence aimed at improving performance.
- Design and run a use case demonstrating the effectiveness of competitive analysis techniques to improve your business strategy and performance.
